I was in for my annual Retinopathy exam and it went quick but thorough! The staff is so professional and yet personable. The VRMC is very efficient, clean and a very friendly staff. Dr Klein himself attends to almost all patients and the level of attention and care is phenomenal. I have never had my eyes examined so thoroughly and feel so much better knowing that my eyes are in good hands. One of the most professional, knowledgeable and yet friendly team of doctors and professionals in NYC. He is ready, able and willing to explain to you your diagnosis and treatment. Freund is everything one would want in a doctor: conscientious, ethical, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was very pleased with the visit and I would highly recommend the doctor and the practice. He takes time to go over all results and answer questions. Dr Sorenson is very patient with his patients. Office environment is very nice and staff is very courteous and accommodating.
